in white with fermentation at controlled temperature (18°C) for about 10 days; once the first racking is done, the wine stays on the yeasts for 4-5 months before being stabilized and bottled.

The permanence on the yeasts gives this wine a greater body making it more pleasant to drink, moreover it also improves its longevity.
straw yellow of medium intensity, lively and bright
clean, broad, with notes of acacia flowers, honey and caramel
full, soft and savoury with a persistent and pleasant finish
It is ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with cold appetizers and light fish dishes.
